Visible Image Stamps - Painted Wood & Handy Hints

I decided to get all inky with the 

Painted Wood set

I had so much fun playing with this set that I ended up making 3 of them as after I made the red one for a birthday I decided they would make great new home cards too.

Its amazing how just changing the colour changes everything.

Visible Image Men's Collage

Welcome

It's so lovely that you have dropped in.

Today's post it my weekly DT post for

Visible Image

When you ask most crafter's which cards they find most difficult to make, 9 out of 10 will say a men's card. Visible Image have definitely showed there is so much more for men's cards in the way of stamps these days in their varied collections.

I made this card at my second Demo day for Visible Image on Saturday, it was so much fun and I meet so many lovely crafter's. I am already planning my next 

Demo day which is the 

8th of December

The embossed crackled background reminds me of a road map when I look at this card.

Visible Image Stamps Immortal Love

Today's post is my DT post for

 Visible Image

The weekend was crazy with the launch of 

Visible Image New Stamp Sets

I couldn't choose a favorite as they are all awesome and if you have yet to try them I urge you to as you will be hooked because they are 

1st class quality and appealing to every Crafters purse ;)

I'm loving working with 

Immortal Love stamp set at the moment

I hope you like the simplicity of this as much as I do.

As soon as I made this it made me think of 

Twilight :) do you agree?

6 x 6 Card

White & Black Card

Cadbury's purple pearl card

Tim Holtz Dusty Concord Distress Ink Pad

Glossy Accents

Black 35mm Satin Ribbon

Black pearls 

Black Archival Ink Pad

To make this firstly I took a white piece of card 5 x 5 then stamped the large Rose around the edge of the card at different angles, then stamped Love is Forever in the center. With a distress tool I went around the edge with the dusty concord ink to bring in the graded purple colour, then attached some ribbon before matting it onto a piece of the purple pearl card and then onto some black card. Finally add the bow, pearls and the glossy accents to the 

detailed sentiment letters.

This a 8 x 8 card layered with black and white card. I stamped the images using the flitter glue for the gilding flakes to adhere to OH what fun :) I stamped the roses with Versamark on a seperate piece of black card and used the wow powder to enhance them and then cut them out to lay onto the top of the acetate dome.
