Such a simple card to make, to make the clock background I didnt even mount the stamp I just stamped it randomly using my hand as I didnt want a perfect image, I stamped the leaves onto cream card with the distress inks and embossed them with the clear powder and cut them out, I then stamped the twigs & sentiment and then the Owl I just adore him :)... I then coloured him using the distress inks using a water brush. Mat and layered it all up and placed the leaves with pinflair to raise them and then added glossy accents to the owls eyes.

Be Brave - Visible Image Stamps

Hello and welcome to you today, hope you have all been having some crafty fun.

Today is a bit of a sad post from me as my DT term has come to an end for Visible Image as you all know most terms are 3 to 6 months so i've been so very lucky and it was a total honour to work with such a lovely team.
So thank you
Now onto today post this is so very close to me and seeing the
Visible Image Blog Challenge is sentimental September so I decided I would just use sentiment stamps.

Many of you don't know I was told at the age of 25 I had breast cancer and battled several years in and out of hospital and was told I wouldn't make 30..... But guess what i'm now 40. I lost my mum to the awful disease when I was 21 she was only just 42 so Cancer research is on my top priority when it comes to fund raising also I know most people look after or know someone who is suffering or been touched by it.

The sentiments have come from the
Brillaint collection of stamps at exceptional valve for money and I can promise you they are the best quality stamps your crafty pennies will buy.

Other items used:
Black & White card - Versamark ink pad - Ebony Black WOW embossing powder - Pink ribbon & Gem from my stash.

Im sure you will agree what a perfect fund raising card this makes and October is Breast Cancer awareness month so you still have a little time to help the Charity.

Remember life is to short so enjoy every minute
xxx
Thank you so much for stopping by today your comments and following means alot to me.
Pop back tomorrow for another post from me.

I am also so very proud to announce that I have been asked to join the DT for Peerless Designs as of today which is so very exciting and i'm looking forward to it.

Hearts Entwined - Visible Image Stamps

Hello and a huge thank you for taking the time to pop by.
Its Thursday which means its DT day for me for the truly fabulous
Visible Image Stamps
Helen & Mark are really two special people and the news of their engagement inspired me to make this weeks post as the Verse i'm using was written by the Very talented Helen herself it really is so beautiful and so fitting for the occasion.
I made this just for them.

Hearts Entwined
This stunning verse is £4.50
I started distressing the wooden heart rack before heat embossing the verse onto the front, normally i'd be really worried stamping onto such a lovely item but with
Visible Image Stamps
I never have to worry as the quality of these stamps is like no other I have ever used or on the market.... They really are outstanding and you get a crisp clear image every time you use them. If you have never tried them YOU really need to and their prices suit every crafters pocket.

The reverse I used an alphabet stencil with a versamark embossing pen. To get it all lined up I put a faint pencil line to be on the safe side.
Other items used:
I used Wow fine ebony embossing powder - Versamark embossing pen - Versamark Ink Pad - Alphabet stencil.

The
 Visible Image Blog Challenge
is
Sentimental September
You must use a Visible Image Stamp
The prize is a whopping £20 worth of
Visible Image Stamps of your choice.
THEY REALLY ARE THE BEST YOU WILL EVER USE
